About GhostWorks Lab
GhostWorks Lab creates fan-made prop electronics, cosplay upgrades, DIY kits, and small-batch fandom gear inspired by Ghostbusters and other geek culture favorites.
What started as a personal prop-building obsession turned into a small shop focused on making gear that feels like it belongs in-universe. From animated Pocket Gizmos to Ghostbusters II-inspired Belt Gizmos, each piece is designed for fans, builders, collectors, and cosplayers who care about the little details that make a costume or display feel alive.
GhostWorks Lab is built around practical creativity. The goal is not just to make something that lights up. The goal is to make something that feels like it could have been pulled from a field kit, mounted inside a jacket pocket, clipped to a belt, or added to a display shelf as a strange little piece of paranormal tech.
Our products include fully assembled prop electronics, static color and RGB Pocket Gizmos, GB II-inspired Belt Gizmos, DIY electronics kits, 3D printed accessories, lighting modules, and custom modification work by request.
Every assembled item is prepared, programmed, and tested before shipping. DIY kits are built for customers who enjoy the process of soldering, assembling, and finishing their own gear. Whether you want something ready to install or a kit you can build yourself, GhostWorks Lab is here for fans who like their props to have a little more life.
GhostWorks Lab is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and operated by a Ghostbusters fan who understands the difference between generic cosplay parts and gear that actually feels right. This is fan-made work, built by someone who cares about the source material, the community, and the builders keeping it alive.
Fan-made. Hand-tested. Built for the bust.
